We were given Michele's name by a local agent in our area, Michele was very knowledgeable about the Cincinnati market as well as understanding of what we were looking for. She was able find us exactly what we were looking for in both the time frame and price we requested, in a market with very little inventory. Michele was very helpful in helping us find reliable local contractors to do some updating and repairs prior to moving in. We would highly recommend her to others, and we will use her to sell our condo when we are transferred.

In addition to her professional demeanor, Michele was extremely pleasant to work with. She was responsive to my questions/requests and recommended a professional company to help get repairs done in a timely manner. Michele and her team also staged the home and it looked beautiful! Thank you, Michele!

Being new to the area, we lucked upon a golden person who guided us through every aspect of our buying the perfect home in the perfect spot. Michele gave us a guided tour of Northern Kentucky showing us numerous towns, areas, and homes. Even though we had to sell our house in Georgia to be able to buy, she was still available to show any house we were interested in, and that personal touch allowed her to find us our home. She is knowledgeable, engaging, friendly, and a true professional. I cannot think of any other person who could be this incredible: she's your realtor! Thanks Michele!

Shelley's the best! Zillow matched me with her and I was a little reluctant to go with an agent I didn't know or was recommended to me, but it couldn't have worked out better. Shelley was incredibly responsive throughout the process; there were many evenings she was corresponding with us past 11pm and as early as 6am. Shelley was very detailed in working through the negotiations and inspections; she has a great list of referral sources to aid her buyers and sellers. Shelley worked very hard for us; we are excited to be a "repeat client" of hers, as she is listing our prior home, too! You cannot, and will not go wrong working with Shelley Helton. Her tri-state real estate knowledge, good natured personality, and negotiation skills make her an exceptional agent. Thank you, Shelley!

We had an excellent experience with Michele Mamo and her team. Michele did everything that we asked of her, from open houses to selling agent viewings, to sell our home. I called Michele when I saw her phone number on a realtors sign for a house. After a few minutes, she told me about other houses that were in our price range. The house we bought and love was due to her quick actions to put our offer in and seal the deal. She's our unbelievable realtor, but also a thoughtful and wonderful new friend. We feel so lucky and happy to know her.

Working with Michele Mamo has been very professional and a delightful experience. She and her team covered all the bases and made my life very easy. The house was staged by her people beautifully, the photographer and brochure were extremely professional and best of all, the house listed and we had three offers in 24 hours. I highly recommended Michele Mamo.

I couldn't have been more fortunate to be connected with Shelley as a first-time home buyer. She was never too busy for questions or calls and made sure I was comfortable with each step of the buying process for my condo, explaining every step in a thorough and comprehendible way. I couldn't recommend Shelley more for anyone looking in the N-Kentucky/Cincy area!
